It is almost time; on September 3rd our Cosmic Flow journey continues. We are now arriving in our hearts. There where universal love, love for life and for ourselves is at home. Where wisdom and intuition live. The gateway to the true self. 

When the heart chakra is in harmony, we can keep an open heart in exchange with ourselves, as well as with other people and the universe. To be open in exchange, to be able to receive and give, to look through the heart into the world, means to live and to connect without fear of hurt / rejection or without fear of not belonging. 

If we live in the heart, we feel every second how connected we are to everything. We are in the flow and in trust, we can give ourselves to life with our full potential and stay in exchange with universal love.

After a short theoretical part, we will immerse ourselves directly in practice: energy work, yoga asana & movement, as well as breathing techniques, which further support the opening of the heart chakra energy.

In this workshop series you will discover how you activate the power of the inner flow through your energy centers and how you can use yoga exercises to establish this knowledge for the benefit of deep joy in the body-mind.

The heart chakra - the energetic center for love, devotion, healing.

We start the workshop with a visualization meditation focused on the heart chakra , bring our first energy center into resonance and vibration with the primordial syllables and use breathing techniques to connect and focus.

In the theoretical part we deal with:

• Which aspects of our life are influenced by the heart chakra , the heart region.
• How we recognize blockages in specific situations or periods of life.
• How we allow ourselves to renew and restore the flow with full confidence and create the bridge between energy and the material world in order to manifest our dreams.

As a practical part of the workshop, we use a guided and deep yoga practice that lets your body experience and integrate what we have explored on a mental, cognitive and emotional level in the movement through asanas.
